Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns are backstage. Reigns says he knows Ambrose had a long night Monday. Ambrose says he’s been getting jerked around. Reigns tells him not to pull the Dirty Deeds trick tonight. Ambrose asks if Roman can take a joke, and Reigns says only if it’s a good one. They go their own ways.

Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose vs The Dudley Boyz

Three nights before they, along with Brock Lesnar, compete in a Triple Threat Match at Fastlane to determine who will challenge Triple H for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of WrestleMania, “brothers-in-arms” Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose would face The Dudley Boyz in tag team action. During the match, Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose had things well in hand with Reigns about to deliver the Superman Punch to D-Von Dudley, but that is when Brock Lesnar would show up. With Paul Heyman by his side, “The Beast” would make his way to the ring, but with Reigns & Ambrose’s attention on Brock, The Dudley Boyz would strike, attacking Reigns & Ambrose from behind. The Dudley Boyz would then look for the 3-D on Roman Reigns, but Roman would fight back with a Superman Punch to D-Von before Bubba Ray takes Reigns down with a big boot. However, Ambrose then takes flight, taking Bubba Ray out with an elbow off of the top rope before diving to the outside, taking out D-Von.

This would provide the perfect opening for Brock Lesnar to strike as “The Beast” delivers a knee to Ambrose, tossing “The Lunatic Fringe” into the barricade. Roman Reigns then pounces on Lesnar as Reigns & Ambrose work together to try and fell “The Beast”, but when Reigns rolls Brock into the ring, Lesnar would create some distance before snapping off a suplex to Roman Reigns, followed up with a suplex to Dean Ambrose. Lesnar then turns right around into the Superman Punch from Roman Reigns before Roman looks for the Spear, but Brock dodges Roman and Reigns inadvertently collides with Ambrose! However, as soon as Roman looks away, Ambrose again tries to surprise Reigns with Dirty Deeds, but Roman counters with a Samoan Drop.

Before Roman can even process what just happened, Brock Lesnar jumps on Reigns, leveling Roman with the F-5! “The Beast” then surveys the damage left in the ring with a smile on his face before Brock Lesnar exits the ring, but that is when WWE World Heavyweight Champion Triple H would come out to the stage with the WWE World Heavyweight Title belt over his shoulder, reminding all three Triple Threat Match participants what is at stake this Sunday night at Fastlane.
